Reviewing the Implementation of Free Nutritious Meals (MBG), Takalar Regional Secretary: The aim is for children to receive nutritional intake and lighten the burden on parents

The Takalar Regency Government is ready to support Central Government programs, one of which is the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program, such as today Tuesday (25/2/2025) Takalar Regional Secretary Dr. Muhammad Hasbi,.S.STP,.M.AP,.M.IKom directly observed the implementation of the program at UPT SMP N 1 Mangarabombang District. Takalar.
The arrival of the Takalar Regional Secretary was accompanied by the Head of the District Education Service. Takalar and MBG officers were greeted enthusiastically by the students.
This MBG program is highly anticipated and welcomed by students because it helps reduce students' daily expenses.
In front of the students, the Takalar Regional Secretary expressed his appreciation for the implementation of the MBG program which was initiated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto.
"The aim of the MBG program is not only to ensure adequate nutritional intake for students but also to help ease the burden on parents in preparing provisions for their children," he said.
He also said that we must respect teachers and be diligent in studying to become successful people in the future. "Discipline and ethics are also important to apply in everyday life," he explained.
With this MBG, it is hoped that it can have an impact on children's brains so that they are healthier and clearer in their thinking and hopefully after the MBG movement is implemented, everyone will be more cheerful and happy.
